Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are generally final.

1. Digital Product Nature

All products sold on AgreeTemplate are digital downloadable files or digital text outputs delivered electronically.

Delivery is deemed complete once:

  • A download link is provided; or

  • The document content is made available for viewing or copying.

Due to the irreversible nature of digital goods, products cannot be “returned.”

2. No Refund After Download or Access

Once the digital product has been:

  • Downloaded,

  • Accessed,

  • Viewed,

  • Copied, or

  • Delivered electronically,

The purchase becomes non-refundable.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this condition.

3. Limited Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be granted in the following limited situations:

  1. Duplicate payment for the same order.

  2. Verified system malfunction preventing delivery.

  3. Payment processing error.

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.

5. Chargebacks

  • Provide Terms acceptance records,

  • Contest the dispute with the payment processor.
