These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AgreeTemplate website, products, and services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by AgreeTemplate (“AgreeTemplate,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, creating an account (if applicable), submitting information, purchasing, downloading, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
2. The Service (Digital Legal Templates)
AgreeTemplate provides digital, downloadable legal document templates and related content, including templates generated with automated systems and/or artificial intelligence (“AI”). The Service may include a preview, purchase flow, and a downloadable final file or text output.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
3. No Legal Advice; No Attorney-Client Relationship
AgreeTemplate is not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice.
No attorney-client relationship is created by your use of the Service.
Any information, templates, outputs, or content provided by the Service are for general informational and template purposes only and may not be suitable for your specific situation. You are responsible for determining whether any template or output is appropriate, and you should consult a qualified attorney for legal advice.
4. User Inputs; Accuracy of Information
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all information you submit to the Service (“User Inputs”). Outputs are generated based on User Inputs; incorrect or incomplete inputs may result in incorrect outputs.
You agree not to submit sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary to generate the template (for example: government IDs, full bank card numbers, or medical data).
5. AI Limitations; Output Disclaimer
If the Service uses AI or automated systems, you acknowledge and agree that:
AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or unintended language.
Outputs may not reflect the latest laws or requirements in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before use.
6. License and Permitted Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, AgreeTemplate grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use purchased templates/outputs for your personal or internal business use.
You may not:
resell, sublicense, distribute, publish, or share templates/outputs as standalone products;
use the Service to create a competing template library or competing product;
remove watermarks, proprietary notices, or access controls (if any);
scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract system prompts/models;
use the Service for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
7. Payments; Pricing; Taxes
All prices are displayed at checkout and are subject to change. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (such as Stripe). We do not store your full payment card information.
You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or governmental charges associated with your purchase unless otherwise stated.
8. Digital Delivery; Completion of Delivery
All products are delivered digitally. Delivery is deemed complete when a download link or digital access is made available to you, whether or not you choose to download or access the content.
9. Refunds; No Refund After Download or Access
Because the Service provides digital downloadable content, all sales are generally final.

Once the digital content has been accessed, viewed, copied, or downloaded, the purchase becomes non-refundable due to the irreversible nature of digital goods.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have an issue with your purchase, you agree to contact us first to seek resolution. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of access and we may submit relevant evidence (including access/download logs, order records, and acceptance of these Terms) to the payment processor to contest the dispute.
11. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all templates, text, designs, branding, software, prompts, workflows, and related content (excluding User Inputs), is owned by AgreeTemplate or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
No rights are granted to you except as expressly stated in these Terms.

13. Third-Party Services
The Service may rely on third-party services (e.g., hosting providers, payment processors, email services). We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE AND ALL TEMPLATES/OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that outputs will be accurate, complete, current, or legally sufficient for your needs.
15. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AGREETEMPLATE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY TEMPLATE/OUTPUT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGREETEMPLATE’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO AGREETEMPLATE FOR THE SPECIFIC PURCHASE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR USD $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
16. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AgreeTemplate and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your User Inputs; (b) your use of the Service; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any law or third-party rights.
17. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, abuse, or unlawful conduct, or created risk for us or others.
18. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will revise the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
